Lauren was incredibly kind, professional, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed, explained everything clearly, and genuinely seemed to care about my experience. Her attention to detail and the quality of her work were exceptional. I have had plenty of dental experiences over the years, but Lauren truly stood out. She is the best that I've ever seen. I had my teeth cleaned here and was very satisfied with the high level of service I was provided. The hygienist Lauren was very thorough and gentle . She explained what she was doing while she worked which put me at ease. So knowledgeable and professional, and you can tell she cares about her work (very funny too, I might add) Also shoutout to Kate at the front with great customer service, and Valerie for taking my X-rays. 100% recommend
